I just had the worst experience ever. My best friend lost her mom and I looked forward to giving her something to help relax her. First it took weeks to get an email reply back to even schedule the appointment. I finally get a 1 pm appt. The day of the appointment I arrive on time with my best friend only to sit in the lobby for 35 mins and to be told my another young lady who has a business in the same office building that the young lady who owns serenity 824 was there with another client.
