Serenity Wellness is always friendly and Available. They meet all my needs and listen very well. They have wonderful therapist and secretary that are very formal, knowledgeable, and polite. Dr. Nnah is an exceptional Dr. Nnah's interpersonal skills are phenomenal and she keeps a solid rapport with her patients. My life has surely changed for the better having her help me with my needs and mental health.
I am so glad I found this provider. They have been of great help and have always been available should I need them.
It was an initial session, Dr. Nnah showed up late without any acknowledgement of it. She jumped right into the assessment questions. I was unable to see her video. The appointment was done in 30 minutes and I was charged over $400. I messaged her to inquire about the claim and received no response and the phone number provided on Google does not work. As someone who was looking to strengthen my emotional and mental health I felt terrible after the appointment.
Loved my interaction with Tierra, she is so empathetic, compassionate, kind, and easy to talk to. I was nervous about this appointment and she put me at ease with her lighthearted approach. She made me feel like my mental health journey is a collaborative effort which is very important to me. The practice was easy to find, ample parking, clean, beautiful offices, sweet receptionist, I will highly recommend to everyone I know!
