I don’t agree with any of these negative reviews and was shocked to see some of them. I’ve been a patient for 4 years now and have felt so supported by Alana my APRN the entire time. The receptionist is sweet, they call back and reschedule timely and id recommend this practice to anyone struggling as they take it extremely serious.

I find it very unnerving that they are spamming my email with invitations to try drugs. I did try this practice in the past and left after my first visit. The practitioner insisted that I needed to increase my medication dosage and I did not feel it was necessary. He refused to work with me without increasing the dose. I went to a different practice that worked with me at the dose I was at. I would certainly not recommend and this is after having a few years to cool down.

I have no idea how this place is still open. My appointment was canceled with less than 24 hours notice and I was discharged because I wasn't part of the lgbtq despite being seen, scheduled and accepted alrwedy. Sickening. This place is dangerous, prejudice and unprofessional

I loved the practitioner I was seeing. I wish her the best. However, the owner of this practice is very rude. My insurance approved a claim which the owner said was denied. and yet they are still trying to get me to pay even though my insurance approved it. Avoid this practice at all costs. No pun intended.
