If you are looking for medication management, Stephanie Farrell is incredible at what she does. She truly takes the time to get to know and understand you and doesn't rush you out the door. She is very knowledgeable about treatment options and does a great job explaining without being judgmental or dismissive. I’ve been with Serenity since it’s opening, and with Meredith (owner) since before I can remember! Also met with a couple other Serenity providers in the meantime. Can honestly say I’ve been nothing but happy with this practice. I’ve felt supported through all my life changes. Most recently I needed a higher level of care following a trauma, and the Serenity staff was incredible through the entire process. The level of care I received was poor at best. The practitioner jumped to false conclusions and made false and threatening accusations with zero evidence. I was asking for help and did not receive any. Poor response time through the portal. Their answer to everything is to go to IOP. I would not recommend.
This place doesn't care about people's safety in times of need.
I don’t agree with any of these negative reviews and was shocked to see some of them. I’ve been a patient for 4 years now and have felt so supported by Alana my APRN the entire time. The receptionist is sweet, they call back and reschedule timely and id recommend this practice to anyone struggling as they take it extremely serious.
