The customer with the poor review is not a patient of Serenity Vision! They are a customer of another clinic that closed and we were trying to help with the closing. Unfortunately Serenity Vision was not able to answer all their questions and customers were given an additional number to call for there concerns. The owners offer VERY poor customer service. When my experience with Genni Mahoney started to go badly I could not get any response from anyone on the phone or through email. I was very polite, emailed twice, and left several messages to no avail. I spent three weeks trying to get my contact order and I wound up having to reorder them from another business. I would strongly suggest not visiting Serenity Vision.
