RecommendedHaving my mother live at Serenity Villa is a GODsend!! Loving caring staff, they are not just workers, they are our Loved ones friends. Communication is fantastic! Hank the dog is really awesome, he is friendly and loving and watches over everyone just like the staff. God bless all of you for your great hearts.
Can't say enough positive things about Serenity Villa. The communication about our loved one is especially good. Even the driver who picked her up on a wheelchair van said we were lucky my mom was there.
Putting my father in a care facility was one of the hardest decisions our family had to make, but Tracy made it easier because of her sympathetic and reassuring attitude when she came to evaluate him for admission. Tracy was very confident my father would do well at Serenity Villa, and in fact, he is thriving in his "forever" home. The entire staff, from the Nurse Manager on down to the housekeeping personnel, is incredible.
