I have been to Serenity Surgical numerous times with very positive results for persistent back pain. Recently, I had a Medtronics Spinal Cord Simulator implanted. I am hoping this implant works as well as the trial SCS. The jury is still out on the permanent one. With that said, I want to express how happy I am at the quality of service from the receptionist onward. The staff is wonderful for the time you walk in to the time you leave! RN Sarah and the team took great care and patience with me. Compassion and bed side manner is outstanding!! Dr. Kondamuri Is a very passionate and understanding doctor. I could not have asked for greater care! I only wish I would have gotten everyone’s name take assuring in the procedure so I could thank them in this review!!
Issues with billing. Did not bill my insurance correctly. Never sent a bill just put it on my credot report and sent it to collections.
If you are a senior on limited income do not use this facility. 1)they are so antiquated they do not have a website to make payments2)they are very threatening when you do not make payments - they will not work with you on this, even if you are low income. 3)If you don't make payments they will forward you to collections
