The staff is wonderful for the time you walk in to the time you leave! RN Sarah and the team took great care and patience with me. Compassion and bed side manner is outstanding!! Dr. Kondamuri Is a very passionate and understanding doctor. I could not have asked for greater care! I only wish I would have gotten everyone’s name take assuring in the procedure so I could thank them in this review!!
Issues with billing. Did not bill my insurance correctly. Never sent a bill just put it on my credot report and sent it to collections.
If you are a senior on limited income do not use this facility. 1)they are so antiquated they do not have a website to make payments2)they are very threatening when you do not make payments - they will not work with you on this, even if you are low income. 3)If you don't make payments they will forward you to collections
I Was A First Time Patient Today & I Must Say That Each Staff Member I Encountered Was So Kind, Helpful & Patient. Dr. Shetty Is Simple The Best. I Left Immediately Feeling Relief. I Highly Recommend Dr. Shetty & Serenity Surgical Center.
