Worst fucking place ever the guy is rude and obnoxious they had a Groupon which they would not honor because they said it was only for new clients clearly the Groupon says as long as you haven't been within the past six months he then proceeded to tell me he was the manager he then said that I'd been already within the six months and I said please show me the date and time that I made an appointment because clearly I hadn't been when I rang him back to ask for his name he's said it was Jim Jong because he clearly didn't want... read more
Terrible Customer Service. The man we spoke to on the phone was Deceptive, Rude and Condescending. I suggest going somewhere else. If that was our first impression I can't imagine what it would be like to visit this spa. Shame...
