I had a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa, Wellman Lane today. My facial and all the extras in their promo package exceeded my expectations!
I booked an appointment when they were having a sale on facials. Overall the facial experience was absolutely amazing! But everything after that has been awful. The staff that start you out in taking your photos are so pushy, and they take you back after your facial to show you the photos that were taken from terrible angles which makes you feel insecure. I have been a customer since January of 2026. High pressure sales pitch into prepaying for 6 facials, which I did. Out of 4 appointments for facials, absolutely zero have been done when booked. This company had mis scheduled appointments and then not been able to give me the time I booked for. One appointment was scheduled at 6:30 when the main doors for the building are locked at 6, without a way to reach anyone inside.
