I enjoyed my massage and relaxation time at the Spa. The pool looked great. I would definitely come back.
I would not ever recommend going to this spa anymore unless you have Olga working in the back to make your experience great. The service at this spa is absolutely terrible. The massage therapists are great, but other than that don’t expect service. The employees are rude and would rather chit chat to each other or play on their cell phones. Must be under new management ... certainly lacks leadership.
I tried to book an appointment hoping to see Olga, but I was told that she was out ill due to employment harassment and bullying... I really don’t feel comfortable going to a place where they mistreat their employees, especially Olga who is always so sweet to everyone and I know everybody loves her... I hope they can get this situation resolved or I won’t be going back...
Enjoy the Water aerobics on Mondays, Thursdays Saturdays and Sundays. Jennifer is awesome! Really good workouts and great music. It's a fun way to tone and do cardio. I highly recommend trying it out! Go to the Serenity Spa and sign up! Come have some fun, brings husband's too!!!!!!
We came here for my wedding to get hair and makeup done. Let me tell you, this place was absolutely amazing. Melissa was my makeup artist, and she did such a wonderful job. I was stressed out about having my destination wedding, not sure how well they we're going to do, but she was absolutely flawless. Brit was our hairstylist.
