Serenity is a WOMEN OWNED & OPERATED salon & it SHOWS. Raya & Jess pride themselves in education & customer service. I have used their wedding services & been a client of Raya’s for 10 plus years. Their professionalism & general support of their community is outstanding. Love all the girl power!

My experience at Serenity Spa Salon was disappointing. While the services themselves were adequate, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The owner, Rayah, often engages in gossip, which creates an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism and warmth overshadows the potential of the business (could be uplifting to other women and others in our small community but has no genuineness to the business).
Absolutely AMAZING place, I have been going to Kaytlin for over 4 years now just got my hair done and refreshed and i’m absolutely obsessed with it she kills it everytime! But everyone who works here is absolutely outstanding and so nice, And does a phenomenal job, Awesome place. much love
