I started receiving persistent promotional calls from Serenity Esthetics Spa Burlington as soon as I showed interest, which felt pushy and intrusive. I booked their “Deluxe Anti-Aging Facial” promo, but most of the advertised services were not provided. The treatment did not match what was promised at all. This was my first ever facial gifted to me by my sister and I really loved it. The girl (who i cant remember her name so sorry) was inviting and helped me feel relaxed and well pampered. What she did to my face felt so thorough. Now knowing the benefits to a regular facial, I will most likely be going back. I felt great thank you so much
The place is accommodating. The staffs are very friendly and know what they are doing. Warda is very nice, very friendly and knows what she’s doing. Explained to me each procedure of what she will be doing for me. I really had an amazing experience. Thank you guys for taking care of your clients.
