I had a great experience at this nail salon! I found them on , and the whole process was very easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and my appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The salon was clean, well organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was excellent everyone was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I tried this salon twice through ClassPass. I got a dip manicure, which was alright, and a pedicure the second time that I’m not happy with. While my feet are smooth and they gave a great massage with scrub and moisturizer, they were rough with my cuticles, cut me (I now have a mild infection), cut the nails uncomfortably short, and filed unevenly. Two stars because they were kind, but can’t recommend in good faith.

They rush through their work and do not take their time. I must add the tools are not properly sanitized and the shop isn’t very clean. The rest room is absolutely filthy. The place needs to be cleaned thoroughly and the staff needs to slow down.

I tried using this spa Via classpass since they had reasonable prices that matched the amount of credits I had. Turns out they don't actually want your business if its from Classpass because as soon as I scheduled something, they canceled claiming they didn't have time but with no offer to reschedule. Not to mention the fact that they showed all day availability in class pass. If you're not free update your schedule. Now I will never bother trying them.
