I tried using this spa Via classpass since they had reasonable prices that matched the amount of credits I had. Turns out they don't actually want your business if its from Classpass because as soon as I scheduled something, they canceled claiming they didn't have time but with no offer to reschedule. Not to mention the fact that they showed all day availability in class pass. If you're not free update your schedule. Now I will never bother trying them.
Dana and Han are the absolute best in the city. Always given me the best style, shape, and service for over a year. They have a customer for life ! 5 stars
Terrible place I literally just left out this nail salon. They wouldn’t do my nails because her client was due In 20 minutes like what!!! Don’t waste your time with this, place
The nail tech did my short gel x in 90 min because she was multitasking with another client. I believe they are understaffed but that can be fixed. I also got my nails filed by a man there 24 hours ago and my fingers are still burning...
They have a sweet environment, but the work ethic is just not there. I was getting Dip french with tips, a process that usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. I was out of there in 45 minutes and not even a week later my nails are popping off and chipping. They were in such a rush and that reflected in their work. I was really disapointed since I wanted my nails done for vacation and they wont even make it. I spent $75 dollars for what looks like cheap press ons.
