I would give the salon 5 stars, but in this day and age, not allowing guests to connect to wifi is a big 'no-no'. I am running-jumping-sprinting every time I come in here, due to my crazy-busy life and work schedule. I live off my cell, I work off email and text and I sometimes need to access online information. If I sit here getting my hair done for 2 hours and want to complete all of the above, why would I want to use up all my cellular data? Only thing I dislike about this place, otherwise great.
Just had my first ever Pedicure for my aching feet done by Krystal. She did an awesome job as I will definitely be back. Krystal with the rest of staff very friendly with their clients. Highly Recommended !! Thank you !!
My fiance & his mother had gotten me a gift certificate for Christmas for the Enchanted (or Enchantment) Package which included an hr long facial, an hr long massage, manicure & pedicure. I'd never had any of these services before other than getting my nails done & let me tell you...I'm in love. I always wanted to purchase an underarm laser treatment when Serenity had it on sale I though it would be my opportunity. Before buying I asked an employee and the manager if 5 sessions would be enough and they said I would be fine. Well after the 3rd session I reAalized things were not going well and when I asked the same employees now they are talking about 6-8 sessions needed and only 80% hair reduction. Now I am done with my 5 sessions and still have a lot of hair That's my story and disappointment hope it helps people
I had the "labor of love" package done at seven and a half months pregnant and it was one of the best days ever. Every single person made me feel so comfortable and I was the most relaxed I've been in months! I highly recommend this package to all pregnant woman who need a relaxing day. The massage and facial were excellent and the girl who did my pedicure and manicure was the absolute best! I will be back soon for sure!
Scheduled a massage with Marisa and she was absolutely fantastic. In fact I went ahead and scheduled another appointment with her even though I live out of town. The service is extremely friendly. Such a great place, I would recommend it to everyone I know!

My fiance` and I went in for couples massages last night and we had Phylicia Meier and Caitlyn Cruz. Personally speaking, Phylicia was the best massage I have ever had. I find it difficult to get a deep tissue massage as deep as I like it. She informed me before the massage that she typically goes on the deep side.
