Customer service grade: F. I found Serenity Salon & Spa on the Spa Week website and confirmed with the receptionist when booking that my Spa Week gift card would be accepted. After my services were completed, the manager acknowledged they were affiliated with Spa Week but had stopped accepting the gift cards. If that’s true, why didn’t the receptionist know? I went to Serenity for the first time on a referral of a friend. I have thick curly hair and have a hard time to find a stylist who can handle my hair. I was introduced to Mary for a cut and full highlight. Mary spent ample amount of time with me. She was very patient and thorough in her work.
