Jill did a very good job cutting both of my daughters’ hair. So kind and very professional
Had my first ever appointment today at serenity salon with marissa as my stylist for a haircut! I showed a picture for reference and she gave me exactly what I asked for and I’m in love with this new look!🖤she’s great and was such a fun person to talk to! I can’t wait to come back for more fun things to try out!
Have only gone here twice but Jill has cut my hair perfectly both times! She (along with girls working the front) is super sweet and personable. Highly recommend.
My girlfriend is so is so upset with their work she can hardly look at her hair. What they did looks nothing like the pictures she showed her stylist an what she asked for. We are out over 150 dollars and she's really unhappy. They could have told us it would cost more or that what she wants is difficult because A,B, an C. But nope. It's like they just wung it.
