I was really upset because my appointment got messed up and I was hurt no one called me to see if I was late or not coming. But Kelli Hogg being the good business woman she is called and apologized. It was just an error on the part of all concerned and those things happen. The good part is they made it right. Usually I have to wait long times to get an appointment with Amber because she is so good, but they are working me in so I can go to my holiday party pretty. Thanks Kelli and Amber.
I have had Liz working with my hair now for 4 years. She has gone through everything I have demanded of her and we always come out with something more than I had imagined. She's fun, quirky, and like the other gals there, professional and just all around super folk! I would highly recommend Liz when you're ready to take hair care to a new level.
Wish the stars would let me put 10 instead of 5! That is how awesome they are! I've had many many bad experiences with salons and hair dressers and since I've started coming here my hair is so healthy and happy. I've been a client for a year now. After a girl ruined my hair at a former salon and their hair dresser Liz (Elizabeth L Walker) fixed my hair I've been faithful to this salon! Customer service is very warming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for microdermabrasion, peels or facials of any kind. Melinda is the BEST! She's very professional & makes you feel comfortable. The overall atmosphere & staff are wonderful & very helpful.

I absolutely love my visits to Looking Good Spa! Alyssa is awesome & always makes sure I leave feeling fabulous!!!
