RecommendedI never knew I could feel this good for so long! It won't make all your problems go away but Serenity gives you the tools you need to navigate through them. The therapists there are fantastic and the group therapy is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The tools it has given me will benefit myself and my family for the rest of my life. It is hard work but if you give it a chance it will change your life.
Serenity takes in their clients and immediately we all become family! They will be the support in your corner when you feel like all else fails. I felt they were completely genuine and unique in what they offer. They really understand that although our situations may look similar, each one of us is different. Each story is different. They listen, they care, they support and they use their many resources however they can to give strength and hope to whoever walks through their doors! Coming here can and will change your life if you allow it to. I have been struggling with depression for a few years and it became worse again after the birth of my first child. The therapist here is so very knowledgeable and willing to help you along every step of the way. I continue to go because I can tell the difference of when I'm there vs. when I'm not; it's a huge one let me tell you! If you need help, please reach out here, there's a way!
This place is amazing! I love the mom and baby group! The therapist is wonderful. It has been a blessing to help me through my postpartum journey.
