Speaking and working with Dr. Raskind has been a wonderful experience. I was hesitant to speak with a therapist for the longest time, but he has really helped me with out.
I have been working with Dr. Mike for a couple years. I started out one on one to tackle on going anxiety and depressive issues. He gave me a safe space and provided a lot of great ideas to combat these issues and feelings. I was also able to reach clarity on some of these difficult issues and about myself. Moshe is a wonderful therapist. At several difficult moments in my life, and difficulty making decisions, he helped me see more clearly what my options were. I came to a greater understanding of myself and my capabilities while receiving some compassionate insight. He did not sugar coat things for me but instead pushed me to face the areas I needed growth in and be kind to myself.
