I initially had a much longer review written, but I want to focus on what I experienced and the impact it had. When I first began care at Serenity, I felt safe and hopeful. However, my experience shifted over time. Communication—particularly regarding insurance matters that were outside of my control—was not handled clearly or proactively. I saw Faith Gather and I so glad I did. She listened to me, explained everything, and seemed to genuinely care. I felt she was extremely knowledgeable which is what I needed.
