Stephanie was very helpful in explaining the possibilities of medication and its side effects. She made me feel heard and emphasized the importance of making sure I have the right medication for me
Faith did an amazing job listening to me because I thought they are going to just say the same thing other providers say, “see you in a month.” Nope she explained my treatment plan and how I would be checking in with her weekly until we got my symptoms better controlled. I genuinely feel so supported as I thought I was a lost cause of a patient.
Finally feeling okay enough to share my experience. I was seeing Karyn as my provider, and I always thought she was great. She really helped me find the right medication and I really benefited from seeing her. During my time with them, I changed jobs. My insurance changed and I was paying much more out of pocket. Because of this, I was more aware of billing (for all my medical needs, as I’m on a tight budget).
