Attentive and will listen not just prescribe medication. Very responsive in the patient portal and to phone calls. Highly recommend.
This place is definitely not for people who have panic attacks and are trying new meds or switching meds that give bad side effects. It takes days to get an answer and in the meantime the patient suffers!
Dr. Phil is absolutely the best! He really cares, listens and doesn’t rush. He answered all my questions. The office is calm and relaxing too.
Do NOT trust this company with your credit card!! Do NOT! It’s “required” in the event insurance doesn’t cover full amount BUT they do not provide YOU with an invoice. They do not tell you what was or wasn’t covered, they charge your card with absolutely no communication - even when it’s written in your file to call before anything is charged.
