I've been seeing Jeff for many years. He's very jovial and easy to talk to, but more than that, extremely focused on you and what you need. Your mental health is job #1 and I have never once felt like that was not true. He's a great counselor and you should not hesitate to give him a try.
I would highly recommend Serenity Professional Counseling. Jeffrey was an incredibly professional counselor and an extremely relatable person. He is an excellent listener and offers his professional guidance in a manner that is more like an intelligent conversation than anything else. He consistently explained what I was experiencing and why and offered a multi-pronged approach as to how I could view and handle the anxiety I’d been experiencing. Highly recommend. Jeff is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and very genuine. Listening seems to come naturally to Jeff and because he is also empathetic, the guidance he offers feels tailored. As my needs have changed over time, (grieving the loss of a love one, work life imbalances, etc.) the guidance from Jeff has evolved to support the different seasons & challenges that life brings.
