We’ve lived here for about 6 months. It’s not great. If you have a second vehicle, you’re forced to either try to park in the extremely limited parking around the building, which i have never been able to find a spot after 5:30pm or pay an extra $75 per month to park on the 5th floor of the garage, and there’s no building entry on the 5th floor or elevator to/from the 5th floor. I just want to start off by saying I am an active-duty military member who was looking for housing from a whole different location and I thought it would be stressful! But let me tell you JESSICA McDONALD was and will always be such a blessing in any environment she works in, and her spirit is full, and she is so helpful and kind and respectful. I would recommend you talk to her and let her be your leasing agent, she is incredible! These apartments are beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT BREAK THE LEASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! EVEN IF LIFE HAPPENS AND IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!!!!!!! These people, the company, will hunt you down like the IRS ...and will ROB YOU! Unfortunately, we cannot give FIVE STARS like most people who have given them--we never got a chance to actually MOVE IN. How this company handles business gets a "negative" ZERO STARS. Apartment size good-5; Value for $$, overpriced-3; Garage parking-5; garage security gates always broken-1; property security gates always broken-1; concierge services-5; handicapped parking insufficient-2; maintenance staff-5; apartment insulation poor-2; apartment lighting very poor-1; pools-3; apartment quality vs advertising very poor-2; multiple emails harassing tenants-1; Events for tenants, target a small portion of population-3; Location is great-5;
