This is a long overdue review, but I promised myself I’d write it so here I am! If you want a VERY detailed and honest review, I’ve got you. The Good I lived in this apartment for about two years before moving, and honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. The environment is very clean and well-kept. I have lived at this property since September 2021 and I don’t usually post reviews but I feel like I need to appreciate this property and the great job the management is doing at managing it. Personally living at Serenity Place at Dorsey has been such a wonderful experience for me. From the very first day, I felt at home. The Managnent Team had another fantastic event, "The Dorsey Ridge Wine Down Soriee." There was a gentleman playing the piano right by pool. The event was very relaxing!! Residents socialized and had a great time, but the Piano being played live was the best!!! I hope he get a chance to come back and do that again!! It was a very cool event for Summer Fridays!!
Living here has been quite thee experience. Firstly, the location is great. However, the living situation inside of the community is horrible. It is definitely not luxury at all. The hallway always smells like dog pee. I don't have a dog yet; I smell dig pee every day. The carpet in the hallway is old probably musty and dogs pee all over it and management has yet to do anything about this. We’ve lived here for about 6 months. It’s not great. If you have a second vehicle, you’re forced to either try to park in the extremely limited parking around the building, which i have never been able to find a spot after 5:30pm or pay an extra $75 per month to park on the 5th floor of the garage, and there’s no building entry on the 5th floor or elevator to/from the 5th floor.
