I brought my dog Nala Bear in today, she is a Australian Shepherd mix, with the weather lately her coat became extremely unmanageable and matted. Brought her in told them what I wanted and boom we got it. I asked for her hair to be trimmed to healthy standards, as she’s meant to have long beautiful hair. Tried 4 other places. This is the only place my dog did not shake when we went in. They cut him exactly as I asked. Not the way they would want him. Super friendly and kind.
Since moving to Chesapeake, I've taken my 2 cockapoos to Serenity Pet Spa a few times. This last week was the BEST grooming they've ever received. Typically Auggie has sensitive ears and always has irritation issues after grooming, so I told them this upon arrival, and asked for special care. Neither dog had any nicks, and their ears - although they seem a little bothered, they're not red or inflamed as in the past. Thank you, Kim, wonderful job and we'll be back!
I've been dealing with serenity since I've had my fur baby richmond the past two years first going there it was great. But the service has completely went down the drain I drop richmond off for boarding 4 days got him back yesterday and not only is he in the corner afraid for my boyfriend and I to touch him but his back right leg is hurt I've been reaching out but no one have contacted me back you would think something important like his they would contact you PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YPUR DOG HERE idk if it's the new people they ... read more
