Booked this accomodation around April, had to cancel because Brisbane was put on lockdown and our travels had to be postponed. Asked for a refund but they refused because in their perspective its only a change of mind so been given a credit/voucher valid for 6 months only. Texted them the other day if its possible to use the voucher in January 2022 (way after the 6 months voucher they have given), NO RESPONSE. SO basically they just took our money and have given no service. Very inconsiderate people.
10 STARS!!! Location PERFECT!!! Friendly Service PERFECT!!! Cleanliness PERFECT!!!! Covid Safety Measures PERFECT!!! My husband and I were made to feel like "royalty" throughout our stay. I have never stayed anywhere else that has made me feel so special. Ashley and Paolo went above and beyond to make our stay grander than any famous 5star hotel would ever offer. Highly recommend to everyone.

Stayed for 4 nights as it was close to where I had my business meetings. Great room and facilities. Ashley and Paolo were guest hosts and asking for an earlier time for breakfast was no hassle for them. I have already recommend their homestay to friends. Good luck guys and keep up the good work for some of us travellers need a friendly place to stay that isn't a run of mill generic hotel. I'll be back.
Managed by Controlling, OCD+++, Regimented man (Mr P) that financially took advantage of me, a health worker during a pandemic. Keeping $150 out of bond for alleged cleanse/sanitize of room post moving out. Mr P has ignored numerous requests to provide me with invoices/receipts. Guilty As, otherwise a normal person would do the right thing and provide, well at least attempt to justify the costs.
