I love this yoga studio!The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the instructors are attentive and caring. I also do personal sessions with Dacia , the owner. She came highly recommended to me by my acupuncturist and my Massage Therapist because of her knowledge and experience . I just had a hip replacement the year before I started with her and her being a doctor I love the fact that she can go from a holistic point of view and a medical point of view .
