Do NOT get the Groupon for this business. Similar to the others, I was unable to actually receive the service :( I initially scheduled a massage in April. LA reached out to cancel 1 hour before the service. I totally get that things happen and didn’t think much of the first cancellation. However, she wasn’t able to reschedule me for an entire month (I do think if the provider cancels, they should prioritize rescheduling quickly!). I had an absolutely amazing massage! Laeisha is highly skilled, professional, and attentive. The facility is clean and relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated and will definitely book again.
Well, I cannot get the Groupon used. I've had since December. Because I cannot get the owner to call me back. Maybe a bad review will help and then I can get a refund or I can get my massage. There's literally no way to schedule this without paying a second time on the website.And nobody returns your call in their office hours are not regular
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Every spot felt great when she and her partner were finished.
