I went to Serenity Now Float Spa to check out all they had to offer. When I first arrived I was immediately impressed. Its in a greatvarea in the heart of Winghaven and easy to find. Parking was a breeze. Then when I walked in, I was amazed. I was greated right away by Sarah, who was very nice and helpful. I was especially interested in the Cryo - T - Shock therapy to aid in the removal of the fat in my chest. Floats have been a great addition to my self-care routine. As winter has dragged on, I've found it helpful in beating the blues. Each session gets better!
I was apprehensive about the salt float from the "clean" perspective. They answered all of my questions and I was very impressed with how well they keep their spa environment and put the health of the customers as top priority; even about the water you drink while there! The lady who greeted me gave me a wonderful tour of their options available. She was extremely informative and took the time to discuss every day healthy living questions beyond their spa. Absolutely AMAZING! I had some major inflammation in my shoulder and insomnia. Should was 50% better after the float. Really sped up the recovery process! Took a few minutes to acclimate, but then was so relaxing and peaceful! It was great to disconnect for a bit! Highly recommend!!!
