I LOVE Frederick Natural Health Center! Both Dr. Kassimir and Dr. Russell are excellent doctors, and their assistant, Sheri, is wonderful. I couldn't say enough good things about this Center, only that I wish everyone had access to it and could benefit from this amazing program. I see Dr. Russell and Jen, the acupuncturist. Both are absolutely wonderful. Great listeners, calming and reassuring, and they know their stuff. I've felt tremendously better, and my labs have improved, since I started seeing them both. I highly recommend you make an appointment!

I have been seeing Dr. Kassimir for over a year now for many of my health issues. I would highly recommend her! She has helped me manage my IBS symptoms as well as itching related to liver cholestasis. She is devoted to trying to reach a plan that works for me and that has good results. She is very kind, patient and works with you to try to achieve overall health goals.
