Went about 5 weeks ago with my daughter. I usually go elsewhere but this place was close to my daughter's. We had an appointment so it wasn't a walk in or rush job. My daughter had a very nice, quiet, smiling young lady. My person looked angry right from the beginning. It didn't get better. I am elderly, have arthritis. She seemed impatient with me & when I had put my feet up for the polish my left foot wasn't aimed straight ahead. Omg!!! Love Serenity Nails! Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve been going there a few years now. Very clean and friendly. I truly look forward to going for my mani and pedi. They do an amazing job!!!
The stylist who did my pedicure was rude. Barely said two words to me.
