I’m giving 3 stars because they were very nice and polite when I walked in. Very friendly and talked to me about the colors and services I wanted before being seated. The older lady did my services , my pedi was alright, she polished my toes and got polish on my ankles and all over my feet. She tried scrubbing it off with a file. Edit: Well after being a customer since moving here in Oct. 2024 my experiences have continually been fantastic! I went to another salon once to compare and while the other salon didn’t do bad they just didn’t touch the customer service and luxury feel you get when at Serenity Nails. Hannah does AMAZING pedicures and her hands are so strong and she lets you just fall asleep or close your eyes and relax fully. And Son does excellent designs for my manicures when I get creative. i loveeee how they turned out, kristen did my nails she was fast and super sweet i definitely would get them done here again and with her! they also took pictures of my nails after!!

I had a wonderful experience at this nail and spa! Tina did an amazing job with my pedicure so relaxing and thorough. Peter nailed my nail set exactly how I wanted it. I got everything I asked for and left feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend!
