Walked in for a pedicure today after another appointment next door. No wait, really good massage and leg scrub!
Service has changed here. I usually can get in for a walk in and have a good experience. No problem getting seen today because it was relatively empty but then it felt like the nail techs were all talking about me after I sat down. It did not feel kind. English is not my first language and I do not assume everyone talks about me when they use their native tongue but this felt different. Unsanitary. I was waiting in water for 30 minutes and when I asked for hot water, the woman came over with a bucket (who knows from where or what it was used for before) and she dunked it in the water to remove water. Luckily I moved my feet before the bucket hit the water. But to make matters worse, she tried to dunk the same bucket into my friends water. We got up and walked out. We will not be back.
They did so well 😍, my daughter loves her nails .
