I am giving this business zero stars I only had to give one star because I am forced to save this post, I went in only for a polish thinking I would not have to wait for a simple polish change ( I brought a guest with me on that day). Only one person was ahead of me, keep in mind i only wanted a polish. Terrible customer service. I went in to get a full set. I had never had French tips done before so I decided to try it. Once the tips were glued on I decided I really didn't like it. I politely asked if I could get them taken off and if I could get something else, I would pay extra. Her response to me was an audible sigh and throws her hands down. NEVER go to this place. I have used them many times in the past. My partner and I would go in every 2 months and get mani's and pedi's, but this will never happen again. We went in today, and took a friend with us. Well, once we paid and we were getting ready to leave, the other 2 people in my party was not happy with their service. The polish on their toes, and their fingers were smudged, and there was 2 different colors used on the same hand even. when I complained about it, they said they would fix it. This was the worst service and manicure i have EVER received. Lady was nice until my card was charged (1/2 way through) then spent the rest of the time on her cell phone. Charged me $58 for an $18 refill. When I asked the owner to make it right, she told me that even though she had record of me only getting a refill and I had my bank statement, she would not refund my money and did not offer to help in any way.
