Everyone at Serenity Nails was fabulous. They are nice and kind, and listen to what you tell them, they are informative and know what they are doing. I got my very firat acrylic manicure here and I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. Thank you for a fantastic job!
Not good. Mediocre. Uncomfortable experience. I had the regrettable experience to have Nicky do my nails this time. $100 dip powder mani to have them tell me in the end that the french tip ombré I was asking for was impossible for them to do… that it was AI. I asked to use 2 colors to achieve the results. He told me no, only one. Another techs jumps in and tells me that what I wanted couldn’t be done because it was fake... I loved the service! The girls who took care of me were amazing, super sweet and cute. I absolutely loved their work and this beautiful Cinderella color. Highly recommend!
My daughters and I visited Serenity Nails & Spa for the first time today, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was my girls’ very first time getting their nails done (they’re 10 and 8), and the staff was so gentle and sweet with them — they felt so special! 💅✨ Our nails turned out absolutely adorable, and we received so many compliments right away. I had my nails done by Tony today. He did a great job. My 7yr old also received a mani from Daisy. Both were very friendly, very good at what they do
