I’m not one to leave many bad reviews. But after hearing great things, I tried out this place - but am disappointed. First, I made a reservation online, only to arrive and be told they don’t take online reservations and you MUST call. The tech doing my pedicure was very rude; I politely confirmed that she was doing a regular pedicure with regular polish, and she said “I know” and proceeded to be short with me the entire time. $118 before tip for my mani-pedi, not awful but also not worth the end result…See photos. I got an acrylic fill done by Mary at serenity nails. This is the best set I’ve ever gotten from serenity and for a good price. Highly recommend Mary to anyone getting acrylics.
I love coming to Serenity Nails. They are more of a volume salon- they can handle a lot of appointments and walk-ins- and when I call, I can almost always go at my preferred time. They’re thorough and gentle. I love Tina for speciality nails, but the whole team is great. A gel mani plus pedicure takes about 90 minutes.
I was very disappointed. The pedicure last not even a week. What I dislike is they talk about in a language you don't understand, then look in your face and laugh. Very unprofessional.
