I have been going to serenity for pedicure for years and today was finally the last straw. My visit today I was hoping for a peaceful and relaxing pedicure. When I get pedicures it’s usually to treat myself since it can be costly. This visit I was constantly told to change my mind about the polish I had picked out. That it did not compliment my skin tone. I was also repeatedly reminded how long it’s been since I have had my last pedicure. I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was awful and disappointing. I asked for a basic manicure, and the technician rushed, painfully cut my cuticles, didn’t trim my nails, and scratched them up with the dremel until they looked destroyed. When I politely asked for them to be fixed, she refused. I left in pain and extremely disappointed.
