RecommendedShout out to Dora at Serenity Nails and Day Spa in Carrollton Texas. My nails still look good. I had my nails done on March 3, and not one of them are lifting. Today I cut them down a bit. It’s worth the 350 mile round trip I take every 4-6 weeks. I’ve been going to her for over 14 years. She’s the best!!!

I’ve been going to this place for about 8 years. Most of the techs are really good. BUT if you should get Pam, ask for another. She was absolutely horrible. She cut my toenails way to short then proceeded to file them. All she was filling was skin. It hurt like mad. She made the top of my big toe bleed while buffing, also rubbed the skin off the side of my foot with the exfoliating pad. Today, 24 hours later it still hurts. I’m not one to cause a scene but I easily could have. I have to ask, what would anybody else do?

Better customer service I called in for assistance from Mike asking if he could confirm if they had a stylist who could be capable of doing a certain style as well as the materials and he told me that he didn't have time to find out. Horrible service and attempt to waste my time I'd go spend my money elsewhere with a shop that has time to assist me.
