Kelly is HORRIBLE! My first appt at the salon and she immediately began cutting my long nails down to my fingertips without a word to me! I was sick! She also NEVER had me wash my hands. All those months it took me to grow out my nails and she ruined them in seconds. She shouldn't be allowed to work in this salon or any other!
I had a pedicure on Saturday. No wait but she was rough on my feet stabbed my toe with an instrument and hurt me with the rough pumice stone. I couldn’t relax. I didn’t get the foot mask I paid for and the polish looks worse than I could have done. Very expensive and it hurt. I will not be back.
