Edit: they called me after my initial review to offer a repolish. I won’t take them up on it since the nail shaping was not at all what I informed I wanted on top of the polish job, but I do want to support their effort. Everyone was very nice, but sadly the work quality was just not worth any money. It’s a theme I’ve noticed when I ask for regular polish… poor work, old polish, then messed up nails within less than 12 hours, despite waiting until they’re dry. I’m disappointed.
