I just had gel polish changed. I was charged $ 20 for that. Two hours later, the nail polish was peeling on two fingers. I got so disappointed!
I give 4 stars as this was only my first visit. I got an acrilic overlay with shellac and a pedi. Amy's pedi was fantastic and Bay did an awesome job on my nails. Very clean and the people are nice. Some may take them as rude due to language barriers, but this team does their best to please. I will be going back.
Book with an appointment or call a head! first time I went I waited 10 minutes and a woman who came after me was seated first, at first I furious, but later I was seated next to her and asked how she got a head of me. Call a head or appointment she told me. Overall my visit was clean and friendly!
Clean but rude, rude and did I mention rude! I went in for a pedicure today and was surprised at how rushed my pedicure was. Probably because I had my young daughter with me, who by the way was completely well behaved. I had intended on having my daughter's toes done but when I asked if the salon carried nontoxic nail polish the guy doing my nails snickered a "NO" at me with the worst attitude like I was trying to inconvenience him with a simple question. First visit was great. Second visit I waited for 45 minutes and people who showed up after I did, were taken care of. Third visit, Pedicure was good. Manicure wasn't. Manager took over to do my nails because they were getting busy and became very pushy. He had to keep redoing my nails because he was in such a hurry. Money in , people out.
I go every 2 weeks to get my nails and toes done... the only nail salon I actually like in madison or huntsville. They are always professional and friendly and take their time to get your services done the way you want.
Outstanding service in a very clean, well managed salon!
I waited 35 min for a full set and everyone that came in behind me was serviced before me. So I walked out. WILL NOT RETURN
I love this nail salon. The people were friendly, it was clean, and I was in and out in about an hour. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
