Serenity Nails is my Happy Place and has been for 11 years since they first opened. Such a clean friendly salon. I always feel like dancing when I come out of the door. Thanks Tommy !
Last visit was a disaster - the new worker cut two of my toes so deeply that I was bleeding and in pain. She got mad and assumed a terrible attitude, raising her voice and throwing her tools back in the case. The worst and unforgivable thing is that Bujee, the owner, whom I know quite well, ignored the whole thing although she was right there, and didn't apologize, didn't interfere, didn't offer a discount or help. Have gotten pedicures for years and the first time I have gotten an infection on four different toe nails and skin scraped of of the side of my foot. Will not return.
