I was charged a $150 no show fee from this place. Now for some context I scheduled an appointment with sandy springs location which is 30 min away from me amd I have an infant but I made it. I walk in and immediately get told the provider is no longer going to work at that practice and I'd need to reschedule. I originally sought Serenity because of adult A.D.D. Only a psychiatrist can prescribe those controlled meds. I was struggling at work to concentrate and manage things. I didn’t even know I had A.D.D. Until my son was diagnosed. Anyway, I met Dr. Jeong on a day that I wasn’t at my best. I wasn’t depressed but more anxious. I’m 50yrs old and going through perimenopause. I was explaining my symptoms and so on and she diagnosed me with depression. Excellent clinic. Very kind nurses. Dr. Paul pay attention to every detail and consider everything I brought and said during appointments. I recommend this clinic. Thank you so much.
Provider was great. However upon leaving I was informed that I had to travel to the Alpharetta office for my next visit as all the providers were leaving the practice …? I informed the office staff that this didn’t work for me but was not given an option to stay in Sandy Springs. The only option was to cancel my next appointment. Very disappointing…can’t form a relationship if everyone is leaving.
