Serenity’s staff go above and beyond to make every visit positive.
Beautiful office. Really kind staff. Julian (sp?) was respectful and polite. Dr. Lotfallah listened to my concerns, explained more than my previous doctor and took his time to make sure I understood the information. Great experience after a few less than fabulous ones with past doctors.
Over the last week and a half, I've been undergoing TMS sessions to help with anxiety and PTSD, amongst other things. While it can be overwhelming, 30-minute sessions, 5 days a week, with goal setting, cognitive therapy, and other activities during each session. I do look forward to seeing the progress and results over the course of these 36 sessions . Already, after a week and a half, I think I see a little improvement.
