New to taking care of my mental health and honestly I’m glad I chose Serenity. From start to finish it was amazing! The staff is great, informative and you can feel the welcoming from front desk Stephanie, to Adriana who preps you for your provider, and Kendra for being so understanding about my situation.
I just stared my treatment at the SugarLand location. I am very unhappy with them today . I drove an hour to get my first Ketamine treatment and I did not get it and drove a hour back home because no one from Dr Akhtar office bothered to call me and tell me that I can not be seen until my neurologist sends over my medical records.I came for my appointment today and my records were not there. I've been coming here primarily for therapy sessions for the past few weeks. The way everything feels organized without being inflexible is what caught my attention. Having a well-defined plan makes it easier to maintain consistency.
My son still does not have a diagnosis or his medication. No don't go.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience. The staff doesn't overload you with too much at once, and they appear to be patient and attentive. Regular follow-ups with simple clarifications and necessary adjustments have been beneficial.
