Serenity and the services they provide are LIFE CHANGING. I was barely surviving and a little skeptical at first. Then after completing TMS I cried THE HAPPIEST TEARS because, ME the OG was baaaaacccccckkkkkkk!!!! Yay for Me!!!!💖💖💖 It was worth the work it took to get ME back.
The staff is kind and there's some great providers at this location but the way they try to upsell you ketamine and TMS constantly is unacceptable for a mental health clinic. I did a round of TMS last year and found it beneficial, however they still try and push me to go in for additional sessions even when I decline. Scheduling is also hellish and my refill requests in the online portal were ignored multiple times. I was super sick and very anxious and Marissa did everything she could, above and beyond to try and help me mentally and physically feel better. She was awesome!
Just got off the phone with Mia and wanted to leave a review. I have not seen my psychologist yet because I was just setting up an initial appointment. Mia was very patient with me and very informative. She was very friendly and sweet throughout our phone call and I appreciate that setting up that initial appointment went smoothly and she made me feel at ease. She took the time to find an appointment slot that works with my schedule. You’re doing great Mia!!
