I cannot say enough good things about Serenity. Obviously mental health care is tough and it's especially tough to get it covered by insurance. My insurance rejected the claim no less than 3 times and I called serenity in a panic and they told me not to worry, they would continue to appeal. And they did and we won and my insurance had to cover it. But more importantly, it helped. I finished my treatment almost 4 months ago and I still get surprised at how good, how "normal" I feel. Sarah was great! Very caring and understanding. Knowledgeable on medication but also listened to my input on what I wanted and needed. Gave me a lot of options and was empathetic. Grateful for the quick progress I’m already seeing and hopeful for these next appointments.
