I had a 10:40 apt and wasn’t seen until 11:15. I consistently have to wait at least 25 to 30 min for my apt.
Fast and very efficient to help me into talking to someone. And getting the help that I needed did not have to wait a week. Same day i'm meeting and hopefully everything will turn out great

Very nice and provider listens to your concerns and generally cares about how your doing.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this office and ultimately decided to cancel my remaining appointments. One major issue is that you can never speak directly to the front desk. All calls are routed to an out of state call center, which makes communication feel impersonal and very corporate rather than patient focused. The biggest concern happened when I became sick within their 24 hour window and needed to reschedule. I was told this would be treated as a “no show” and charged a $150 fee.
