I loved my visit, I felt very cared about and was allowed to advocate and speak up for myself if I felt like my treatment wasn’t working for me. We were able to find a possible solution, if not NP Stella Ifepe was eager to find a new solution.

Extremely empathetic and informative intake call when I first phoned for an appointment. The scheduler spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me and was just so kind. The first appointment was equally positive and the psychiatrist was thoughtful in considering medication and options. A very easy experience.

This location has SERIOUS issues. This is my second round of TMS. My first round was at the Sugar Land location and it was pretty good. When I needed a second round, I learned the “Galleria” location had opened and decided to treat here because it was minutes from my job. What a huge mistake that was. The front desk staff are SO rude, catty and nasty. The worst part is they seem to think it’s cute? The morning tech is no better and constantly seems to be on some sort of ego trip. Had my first visit today. I was such a hot mess coming in but the staff was INCREDIBLE. My doctor made me feel seen and heard and VALIDATED. Worth the drive/travel. I highly recommend!
