Unfortunately I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews. This place pushes TMS or other costly mental health procedures to try to grab more money from its patients. (And the staff knows this). Zero grace given if you’re ever late or cannot make an appointment and you’re slapped with a $150 no show fee even if you call and explain any sort of circumstance. Money comes before the mental health individual.
The entire staff, from receptionist to doctors, are very caring and kind! They truly understand what you're going through! I recently started seeing Dr. Houser at the Chandler Blvd. office ... great guy, really think it's going to be a good fit
Excellent care from David Gallegos NP. Attentive knowledge and compassionate. The office created a safe space for me.
