This place was a diamond in the rough for me. I made so much progress working with Annia.
This is the most horribly run mental health facility imaginable. The complete lack of professionalism should disqualify them being licensed. TRUST all the one star reviews and look elsewhere. The LAST thing a person in crisis needs is incompetent therapists (many are trainees...) that lack even the most rudimentary skill set required to assist people in need. Horrible place my therapist was completely un qualified and kept googling things and my sons therapist was severely over weight not a good sign you got a handle on your own mental health I gave her a chance and she just tried giving my son a bunch of meds before she had even tried to figure what's going on with him
Submitted paperwork to get services and was told to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. I followed up after the 6 weeks just to be told my paperwork had been lost. And that was pretty much it.
