I absolutely love the whole crew at the Serenity Med Spa ! Karen is the boss lady who does a fantastic job running the show. Dr Bill is smooth as ICE ! Dr Bill can handle any issue you may have. Courtney is working on handling this horrible skin condition she is very professional and knows what she is doing. This is the BEST spot in bloomington-normal ! thanks again hank
