I made a reservation at 9pm. I get there by 9pm. They make me wait several minutes on the chair. Got into a room then wait few more minutes. The massage starts past 906pm. Then the therapist finishes exactly at 10pm. I made a complaint over the text to the manager. They call me late at night. Instead of apologizing, she goes on and on about how there is dressing and undressing time and table time is usually about 50 min. Reall? I get massage almost every week, and that's not true. Roxy is THE BEST. Just had my first massage with her, very professional and a fabulous masseuse.
had a couples massage here and added hot stones. i wanted more of a relaxing massage with light pressure and my boyfriend requested deep tissue. we both agreed it was one of, if not, the best massage we'd ever had. roxy was so sweet. we felt super comfortable and the environment was clean and relaxing. we will definitely come back anytime either of us wants a massage
I've had many massages and this is one of the best I've ever had! Roxy was absolutely amazing.
