Customer service by Roxy is subpar! Review update- Your response is both inaccurate and unprofessional. First, we did not book 60-minute services, that was never agreed upon. Second, we chose not to be serviced due to the dismissive and rude attitude we experienced upon arrival, not because we “didn’t want to spend” or were being inconsiderate. Love this place! We were visiting from East Tennessee and my mom,myself,and my daughtervcame in for mani pedi. The technicians were very skilled and friendly. It was a wonderful relaxing experiance!
